This Privacy Policy explains how ReliableAI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website at reliableai.net and our iOS application. By using our service, you agree to the practices described here.

      We do not collect advertising identifiers, precise location data, contacts, or any device sensors. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
    

🤖 How AI providers use your data

When you submit a query, the text is forwarded server-side to the AI model providers you select (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Alibaba). Each provider processes your query text under their own API terms. All providers prohibit using API inputs to train their models.

Your email, username, and account data are never sent to AI providers
All connections use HTTPS/TLS 1.2+
Requests are made from our server — your IP is not exposed to providers

🔗 Third-party services

Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe Privacy Policy
Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Alibaba — AI model providers. See their respective privacy policies for API data handling.
Hostinger — VPS infrastructure in the EU. Your data is stored on EU-based servers.

🍪 Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you authenticated. This cookie is:

HttpOnly — not accessible by JavaScript
Secure — only transmitted over HTTPS
SameSite: Lax — protects against cross-site request forgery

We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking scripts.

🇪🇺 Your rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Erasure — request deletion of your account and all associated data
Portability — export your query history from the app
Rectification — correct inaccurate personal information
Restriction — request we limit processing of your data
Objection — opt out of any processing based on legitimate interest

      To exercise any of these rights, email info@reliableai.net with subject "GDPR request". We respond within 72 hours and complete data deletion within 30 days.
    

📱 iOS app

The ReliableAI iOS app is a native wrapper (built with Capacitor) that loads reliableai.net in a secure WebView. All data handling is governed by this same Privacy Policy. The app does not access your device's contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or health data. No data is stored locally on your device beyond the session cookie managed by the WebView.

👶 Children's privacy

ReliableAI is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at info@reliableai.net and we will delete it promptly.

🔄 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below and, for material changes, notify registered users by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
